The River Rock Lake House is a large three story home. The home main floor opens up to an expansive well equipped kitchen, dining room and bar seating. A large comfortable living room with two leather couches, settee fireplace, and furnished Balcony. The Main floor also has a large master bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs the stylish Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom and living area. Upstairs is a 3rd large bedroom, luxury bathroom and large living area. the lower level has an additional living area and bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Guests have access to the entire River Rock Lake House the Lake Deck and Yard. Cottage can be included for an additional fee.
Guests can be met in person at the River Rock Lake House upon arrival to receive keys and get a tour of the property and ask any questions. Self Check in also available a door code will be provided 24 hours prior to check in.
Lake Front Homes with County Road that circles lake. Marina has an Italian Restaurant. Lake Hawkins State Park has RV camping and a beech open to public. Delightful to walk around the lake or down to Marina Italian Restaurant. Historic Downtown Mineola, Hawkins and grocery store minutes away by car. Allaso Ranch Camp and Retreat Centered is located on the lake.
Important: All Guests enter the property house and lake at their own risk and liability. For guest safety no parties, firearms weapons, explosives or fires allowed.
