WOW- Amazing Stay

Staying at Linda and Josef’s house in Trinidad Colorado truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail (toiletries, snacks, coffee, etc) combined with the gorgeous decor made this a 10/10 stay. I was in town with family and brought along my two dogs. Traveling with dogs can be tricky, but they had everything we needed from a spacious yard to long leads and even a dog bed if we had needed it. This place is perfect if you want a taste of southern Colorado history while being in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Josef and Linda themselves were so sweet and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Thank you!!!!!

Maple House

This home is Five Star! It is elegant, yet so comfortable. Beauriful furnishings grace the rooms and the updated kitchen including a well stocked pantry met our every need. The back patio was peaaceful and quiet, while the front porch was perfect for Happy Hour! It's First Class!

Stunning historical home!

This home is beautifully designed and very well taken care of! You can tell Linda and Josef put an incredible amount of time and care into this property. The beds are incredibly comfy, the showers are hot, and if you forgot plant necessities it’s very well stocked with everything from a hair dryer and Qtips to olive oil and salt & pepper. We stayed with two small dogs and they loved the place too! The front yard is expansive and the neighbors are lovely. Five stars all the way. Thanks for the great stay Linda & Josef!

Beautiful, peaceful Home

Linda & Josef's home definitely reflects the love they have put into restoring this historical beauty! The house will fit your entire family comfortably. The house is kept immaculately clean, which is so refreshing!! Linda is a super host; she thinks of your every need & is quick to respond:) I will definitely keep this house on my places to return to!

Amazing Stay at Maple House

We had an amazing stay at Maple House! The house is so charming and a great mix of historical features with modern amenities. There is so much provided, not a detail missed. The location is excellent. We walked to Main Street most days for coffee, tea, meals and shopping! The views are fantastic and the neighbors very friendly. Linda is very communicative and friendly. We loved our stay and would not hesitate to come back again!

Historical house in Trinidad

This is a beautiful historic house that was built in 1895. It has lots of charm and character of a time period house. The wood work around the pellet stove is beautiful. The glass front door invites you into a very large home with lots of space for 4 adults. The kitchen has been updated. The backyard is nice to let the dogs out. Our Christmas holiday was very special!

Fabulous home in a beautiful t

I stayed at Maple House with a friend for about a week and fell in love with the home. It is a beautifully styled older home that marries the modern with the historic. I stayed in the chandelier room which was very comfortable. I was fascinated by everything about the home, from the old fashioned and original push button lights on the main floor to the gorgeous wood work, the charming fireplace sitting room to the huge clawfoot tub in the bathroom which was just begging me to take a long hot soak in it (and I did, too!) The Prem family who owns Maple House has obviously put a lot of thought into decorating the house and making it feel welcoming as soon as you step up on to the huge front porch and walk in the front door.

Historic house

Hi, we were a family of four adults, and we had a wonderful stay at the Maple house. History, views of Fishers Peak AND Simpson's Rest, it's a fascinating house, with old charm and modern amenities. We were warm and cozy and had a wonderful stay. It was very clean and Linda was responsive and friendly. When the fire alarm battery went out and was beeping, they had it fixed within 30 mins. And someone even swept the snow off our car in the morning. We look forward to returning! Dad grew up in Trinidad and loved seeing the Trinidad sign lit up at night. milosevichart.com Karla
